Phi Hotel Bologna

The location of Phi Hotel Bologna Al Cappello Rosso is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Bologna on foot. We were able to visit all the major attractions without needing to drive. The staff was very pleasant and efficient, always ready to help. We had a last-minute request for transportation to the airport, and they arranged it quickly and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee in the lounge area was a nice touch.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms with extra amenities, and the perfect location near the main square and shopping streets.

This hotel is well located near the center of all the attractions of this city. It is just off the main square, with access to the town center within seconds. The hotel also offers comprehensive instructions on its website regarding arriving by car, making it convenient. the hotel provides secure guest parking, worth the extra cost. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with fluffy dressing gowns provided. The hotel offers good wifi that stays connected, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing guests to store their bags after check-out.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the main square, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant streets of the historical center of Bologna. we were pleased to find ourselves within walking distance of the food market, where we could indulge in delicious local delicacies. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing space for our family.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, leaving us uncomfortably warm during our stay.

I loved staying in the historic center of this city, it was the perfect location. The room service, housekeeping and room amenities were all very impressive. The staff at the reception desk were particularly helpful, especially with directions for arriving by car. The restaurant had a great selection of food and drinks and dining in my room was a wonderful option.

This place is highly recommended for everyone who wants to experience excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great facilities.
